Good Shepherd Parish, Tallahassee, FL is seeking applicants for the position of full-time Coordinator of Youth Ministry. This position includes middle school and high school programming for spiritual, social, and outreach events (excluding Confirmation prep) under the direction of the Coordinator of Youth Ministry.   The CYM must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and be willing to develop his/her education through training, conferences, classes, etc.  The CYM position responsibilities include retreats, Life Nights, fundraising, leadership skills with youth and volunteers, and a desire to help create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. The church is comprised of a large parish in the northeastern corner of Tallahassee, FL. FSU, TCC, and FAMU are all within driving distance of the parish which is situated in a diverse suburban area of small and large homes, public and private schools, and convenient shopping. St. Ann Catholic Church in Gulf Breeze and Our Lady of the Assumption seeking a Parish Administrator. Administrator assists and is accountable to the pastor in the overall operation of the parish. Responsible for effective management of parish finances and preparation of financial reports. Represents St. Ann and Our Lady at various community events in both leadership and member roles. DIRECTOR, St. Ann Discovery School: Salaried position, minimum of eight hours during the school day between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Other times as required for the operation of the school program. The Director is responsible for overall oversight of the Discovery School Program. Responsiblities include, but are not limited to: -Supervision and direction of toddler, pre-K3 and pre-K4 programs in a structured environment.  -Supervision of VPK Program -Planning, budgeting, recruiting, and training staff. -Coordinating with the Parish Administrator and Stewardship Commission regarding finances. -Registration, scheduling and implementation of all activities, -Monitoring children’s health and behavior -Insuring the appropriate supervision of the lunchroom -Tuition bookkeeping and Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS) files tracking -Reporting all incidents or occurrences to parents, or appropriate authority.  -Liaison with community child care organizations. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education preferred, Florida Child Care professional credential certificate. Supervisory and management experience. Catholic Charities, Bridges to Circles Program Program Coordinator Seeking a qualified individual capable of engaging the community to end the cycle of poverty for families in Escambia County. Must have skills to bridge class and race lines. Coordinator recruits and trains middle-class and wealthy community members to work collaboratively with low-income Bridges to Circles™ participants. Works collaboratively with the Escambia County Poverty Solution Team and others. Minimum requirements:   Bachelors degree in a human service field with experience in community organizing activity and in working with low-income families and community services. Other skills needed include public speaking, community awareness, and organizing and facilitating community meetings.
