Clergy and Religious Staff

Sometimes we don't realize the many things that the clergy and religious do in service to us as God's people. In addition to offering prayers and making the Sacraments of the Church available to us,  there are the day to day tasks of visiting the sick, consoling the bereaved, counseling the troubled, educating the confused, and directing the financial and administrative activities of a parish community. Spiritual leadership continues to be what we want and desire from those who serve us as God's ministers and servants. All of the men and women within these pages have said, "Yes" to the Lord's call. Daily they respond to the demands of their ministries and lives of service with the words of Isaiah, "Here I am, Lord, send me"  (Is 6:8).
